Sapient Health Network provides online support and highly personalized information delivery to individuals who have been diagnosed with, are concerned about, or are caring for others with specific serious health problems. SHN currently manages 10 communities covering 16 conditions: breast cancer, prostate cancer, asthma, depression, diabetes, heart disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, weight control, hepatitis-C, and women's health (including urinary incontinence).
