Workshop Issues

This workshop will examine the following questions: Do we always need evaluation? Which evaluation strategies are most useful for promoting the development of high quality products? Should evaluations be carried out by people independently of the developers? What new issues do new technologies raise? What new tools do the technologies themselves bring to evaluation? How should evaluation resources be divided between development and outcomes?
