Workshop Issues
This workshop will examine the following questions: Do
we always need evaluation? Which evaluation strategies
are most useful for promoting the development of high
quality products? Should evaluations be carried out by
people independently of the developers? What new issues
do new technologies raise? What new tools do the
technologies themselves bring to evaluation? How should
evaluation resources be divided between development and
outcomes?
